*Front Desk Jason and the manager’s attitude upon check-in: They were very considerate and helpful. Jason in particular was very apologetic when I had to clean and sweep up all the dirt, lint and hair in the room. See further info below.
*Funky ceiling and bed frame ambient lighting that could change colour.

NEGATIVES:
*When I checked-in & saw the room it was extremely dirty. Floors had wads & wads of hair, debris, lint, dirt. Called Jason to come by w/ a vac & he said they didn’t have one!! So, Jason came up w/ a small pan & brush!! Astonishing!! He proceeded to sweep up all the hair & dirt but clearly had never done this before, so I asked to have the pan & brush & I proceeded to go down on my haunches & sweep up all this disgusting hair and dirt at 10:30pm! Exactly what I had to do at another property recently! This is hospitality! Cleanliness is paramount people!!
*This room hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. When Jason left, I continued the process with tissues, it was never-ending, disgusting.
*Had to deal w/ a cockroach in the middle of the night as well near the bed!
*There were strange particles—looked like dried-up food particles—in the crevice between the wall / bed head!! Vile!!
*Stale cigarette smell was exacerbated when the aircon was turned on.
*Nil bug screen on window.
*The window outlook was like a prison vestibule.
*Patio furniture in the room!
*Shower alternator didn't work."
