Business Hotels in Inner West, Sydney

"The listing on Expedia says gym facilities are accessible at a nearby health club but the hotel staff said there was no such access. (I would not have booked this hotel had this information been accurate.) There were no windows in the room (except for a small one overlooking an interior corridor), hence no daylight in the room. The hand soap by the sink and the conditioner in the shower had not been refilled, and the milk in the fridge was past its use-by date. While the room was clean and the aircon/kettle/shower/wifi etc worked, the overall experience was underwhelming."

"Bed Bugs... Nice Staff!!! Parking great for larger vehicles like 4x4's. 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Room cleanish. Floors needed vacuuming and mopping, very dirty. Bed infested with BED BUGS. I'm not making this up. I ended up not staying as I didn't want to be bitten by the bed bugs. Couldn't find any alternative accommodation that wasn't going to cost a fortune due to higher prices for booking late. Some places wanting over $600 for two nights + parking charges for late bookings. Made up some excuse as I didn't want to deal with any confrotation or excuses from staff. Didn't want to sleep in my car. Canceled my Sydney appointments and drove 4 ½ hours home in the middle of the night. Next day spent hot washing/drying my cloths at laundromat and fumigating my luggage encase any bugs had stowed away in my bag. Very disappointed."
