"The room was quite dusty and the shelf behind the curtain was dirty and had cobwebs on it. Bathroom was clean but tub drained slowly. Staff at breakfast were lovely and accommodating and selection was great. Bar was adequate but not regularly staffed "

Our room was clean and welcomevyreats were appreciated, however, all walls in our room were either stained scratched or in need of washing or repainting. Generally felt that all staff had only had minimal amount of training. "

"Our dog friendly room was on the 3rd floor with a colourful skylight. It was spotless and pitch black at night which was amazing. The staff always had a smile on their face and were more than happy to provide recommendations for things to do or places to go. The breakfast was superb. The square sausage was delicious. The dinner was tasty although the menu, for me, was fancier than it needed to be but was lovely "
