"This hotel was fine for our two-night stay, but it's definitely dated. You can tell the place hasn't been updated in quite a while, and it shows throughout the room. The bathroom had some mold, which was disappointing to see. The photos online make it look nicer than it really is, so go in with lowered expectations. For a quick stay it was manageable, but for the price we paid, it just wasn't worth it. With some updates, this place could be a much better value. As it stands, I'd look at other options before booking here again."

"Great staff. Room was a bit small and though listed as a king was a double. Only one electrical outlet. Minor issues though. The restaurant was terrific and served some of the best food we had on our trip."

"Everything at Dunollie Hotel was perfect - location with parking, small but comfy single room, heat from radiator, The Best Shower - powerful with very hot water. Breakfast was Everything you could want and the staff were charming and attentive."
Duisdale House Hotel

"We arrived late, they were just about to wrap up serving dinner. Manager said just sit at the bar - have a drink and eat your dinner first then we will take care of the luggages. They took our order and served us delicious steaks, wine and then helped us with our luggage. They did all this smoothly and naturally, which made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was great, not elaborately large spread, but enough of each category to meet our 10 veggie and protein intake targets effortlessly and delicately. Overall we couldn’t be happier and left very satisfied with the service, food and our clean, large cottage. If we come back to Highland Scotland we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone also."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting is spectacular, the views are incredible, and the grounds are lovely. We really enjoyed taking the time to explore the property. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the unlimited water, hot chocolate, tea, and Nespresso pods. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and having electrical outlets on every wall was surprisingly convenient. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast could not have been better. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but we would particularly like to mention Cat and Frazier at the front desk. They were exceptionally welcoming, accommodating, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The magnificent setting, comfortable accommodations, excellent food, and outstanding staff made this a truly memorable stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel."

"Great staff from check-in to the in-house bar to housekeeping. All were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was standard British breakfast. Bar and restaurant were very good. Which is nice since the hotel is a ways from other places."
