"The triple-bed room was a fantastic option for our family, giving everyone space and no children needing to share a bed.
The complimentary breakfast buffet was an excellent way to start the day, with a great selection of traditional Scottish food. We also loved the spectacular views from the windows, which made our morning even more enjoyable.
Another great perk was the free parking. There are a few parking options available, and we found the lot just down the block to be the easiest to access and navigate.
Overall, we ejoyed out stay here."
"This hotel was okay, but nothing special apart from the lounge where the bar was and the fact that you can use the adjacent water facilities to a certain extent. However, I did think it was overpriced as the room wasn’t really any different from any other hotel room. The staff were helpful, my room was clean but there are a few cobwebs in the corners and the bathroom was a little tacky. I would imagine some of the rooms have a lovely view over the harbour but all I had was a bit of manky garden. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and it isn’t very far from the ferry terminal, so it’s quite convenient."
"The Hides were a perfect little private get away. The staff dropped our bags off at our Hide for us which was very helpful. The restaurant (reservation needed) was very nice, the lounge was comfortable and the drinks were excellent. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed. Lovely stay, highly recommended!"
"We are not golfers, but found this hotel an excellent, though expensive, place to stay. It had lots of amenities to appeal to non golfers and was in an excellent location with very helpful staff. A car is essential to stay here.
The breakfast was very good, as I am sure was the dinner. However we chose not to have dinner as there didn't appear to be much plain food on the menu. Although it may have been possible to ask for this, we felt the price being asked reflected the complexity of the menu, and plain food would not have been value for money."
"Charmant hôtel situé à proximité de la majestueuse rivière Sligachan. Chambre confortable. Nous avons eu un petit problème de manque d’eau chaude dans la douche, mais l’employée a été très serviable et a réglé le problème. Excellent déjeuner. Je vous recommande. Également de souper au bar adjacent (Seamus), bon repas avec une ambiance festive."
"Average room with nice extras like a local bar of soap and short bread cookies. Restaurant with two or three course meals and allowance for just starters. Full breakfast included in our reservation was adequate. The carpet and couch seemed old and soiled but overall it was a comfortable stay."
