"We had room 121, it was old, outdated, smelled stale and musty. There was a very old air conditioner in the window held in with a piece of wood. Not efficient or attractive. The old baseboard heaters had the room cooking to the point that we had to have our window open wide all night in March. ancient paintings on room walls were awful but I guess they blended with the outdated theme. Wasn’t impressed with the staff who seemed to be unhelpful with addressing my concerns. My service dog card was not accepted to wave the $33 per day fee. I don’t understand how they justify the per day fee. The room doesn’t need any more cleaning for 2 night than it does for one. My mental health disability, requiring my support dog was not recognized as being disabled enough to warrant the same treatment as someone who has a service dog for physical disability, Very unjust. 1 handicap parking spot for 114 rooms. The rest were so tight, had about 1 foot on either side of my car to get in and out with severe mobility issues. They gave me a different spot saying it was bigger but when I moved my car it was exactly the same size.
Room was soooo noisy with people stopping overhead all night and the plumbing was so old and loud that it sounded like someone was showering all night in the middle of our room. When we finally got to sleep an our later at 7am our in room phone started ringing, when I answered there was nobody there. Front desk debit was them.
That’s the short list. I won’t be going back"
