"Nice to be across road from Botanic Gardens! Very nice hotel and bar, and friendly, helpful staff. I had an issue with the iron and ironing board in room, both had gunk on them and marked the shirt. I mentioned it and they quickly brought new ones, however no offer to launder the damaged shirt. I should have asked!"
