"Room was very quiet and bed very comfortable. Replenishment of tea/coffee/towels etc good. Room quite dusty in areas such as bedside area and tea/coffee area. No dressing gowns or slippers as advertised in Paddington room detail. Staff very pleasant. No easy access plugs near one bedside table to charge phone."

"The staff were always quick to respond to questions and requests. My room was very comforable with a king sized bed, hugh desk area. The kitchenette provided a microwave, good size under counter fridge, a kettle, pod coffee maker and even a milk frother. A bit of dust on the top of pictures and ledges was the only fault i found. My kettle was not working and was replaced as soon as i reported it."
