"Nice hotel with a great lazy river, my grandkids loved it. Hotel was clean and helpful staff. Pool didn't open until 10am and with temps above 108, it would have been nice if pool and lazy river opened earlier! All in all great stay and I will go back! ; )"

"Was not quite the Ritz of yore. With a convention closing most of the hotel to everyday guests, many amenities were unavailable. The staff seemed overworked by the convention because many were surly, slow, and tired. Potted plants were dead, cocktail glasses and refuse were visible around the property. Understaffed and undertrained to handle a convention I guess. But the location is beautiful, the design is nice, and the rooms were clean and tended to."
