"The staff that met at the counter was very helpful. When we arrived late and Expedia said there’s nothing we can do but find another place to stay and we won’t get any refund at all, even though we booked for 3nights, the guy who is in the front desk found a way to wave whatever Expedia said. So kudos to the hotel and the staff. But not to Expedia. 👎 Many times Expedia was a disappointment to us."

"Overall, we really loved the place. The amenities were nice and clean and well maintained. unfortunately, we had one negative experience with one of the visitors staying there. who treated us in a discriminatory and disrespectful way. What made it worse was that one of the employes acted the same way as the visitor. Employees should not agree with either side take information or walk away, instead he is telling us how to discipline. Other than that experience, we enjoyed our stay."
