"My boyfriend love Palm Springs and wanted to get away for Halloween weekend. We tried a new spot and initially hesistant because he is a create of habit. The first room they gave us was honestly not to my liking. It faced the parking lot, and the bathroom was old. I immediatley called and asked if there were any pool facing rooms. They provided a better room, with a view and upgraded bathroom which completely changed our experience. The view of the mountains and golf course was spectacular. The pool was soo relaxing and chill. The staff was great, plus we were not too far from downtown restaurants and festivities."
