Very nice hotel. We were late for check in. The concierge is very helpful for our check in. The hotel is super clean. Bathroom is very nice as well.

The concierge was very helpful with the security for my bike as I had forgotten to bring a lock with me on my trip up from Munich. He also happily upgraded my room after a misunderstanding on the booking. Downsides were, no restaurant, which I took as a given when the hotel has photographs of meals on its various sites. My upgraded room had very tall windows of which only the bottom section had blackout curtains meaning I struggled to sleep (perhaps the hotel could supply sleep masks for these rooms?). Finally, there were no hotel staff on the premises after 21:00hrs, just made the whole experience slightly second rate and not 4 star which is a shame because there are some real positives with the hotel.

Lieber kein Einzelzimmer mehr

Das Hotel ist in einem tollen Zustand und hervorragend geführt. Ich war dort schon oft und werde auch in Zukunft dort immer wieder gerne absteigen, mein einziges Problem war die Position des Bett im Einzelzimmer, das Bett ist nicht besonders breit und steht in der Mitte des Zimmers, Das ist etwas ungemütlich und die Decke rutscht ständig auf einer der beiden Seiten runter. Es wäre wesentlich angenehmer wenn das Bett mit einer Seite an der Wand stünde. Die größeren Zimmer sind hervorragend.
