"Everything was great. One suggestion: enable a type of bar-code for guests who purchase self-parking to automatically open gate upon scanning it. Getting car in and out was a bit of a hassle. Not nearly as bad as NOI Vitacura's basement spiral going 4 levels below ground, but still an extra step to get out. I think this is a common theme for Chile cities though - car usage is somewhat inconvenient in cities, streets are narrow, parking is awkward. Other than that though - this hotel was absolutely wonderful!"

"Incredible stay!! We will recommend it to all our friends and family who want to visit Chile. We love the property and the fabulous restaurant. The staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating and helped us with local winery reservations and recommendations - Emiliana was our favorite:) Wish we could have stayed longer."

"This hotel location is the best, you can walk to almost everywhere. Needs some improvements on ampliancies like refrigerators or tv. It’s not coffee machine in the room and you will receive a water bottle as welcome, but after that you will need to pay for it. Service is very nice and goes beyond to help, we are grateful to Felipe who helps us all the time. Security is one of the most important value on this property and make us feel comfortable and safe. The common areas are very comfortable and we love the roof bar close to the warm pool with warming gas heaters and the palm trees decoration."

"Hermosa habitación desde la que se ve y escucha el mar, amplia, con pequeñita terraza (3er piso). El lugar es privilegiado ya que esta frente a playa tranquila y de vista despejada (sin edificios), buen desayuno y goza de silencio lo que es un privilegio. La atención del personal puede mejorarse con capacitación (escuchar al cliente y estar disponible en recepción si quiere considerarse hotel), la limpieza es impresionante en cafa rincón de la casa, bosca en el 1er piso posee un calido living tambi én vista al mar y salida al patio frontal, bella casa, buen diseño."
