"This hotel is a charming find with tasteful decor and a pleasant scent that greets you right at the door. Our room was clean and functional, featuring a great mattress and pillows, a strong hot shower, and an A/C unit that was both effective and quiet. We also loved the soft towels and the tiny but cute balcony overlooking the lake. The location is ideal with plenty of shops nearby, and the free parking—including Tesla chargers—is a huge plus. There were a couple of drawbacks, however. Breakfast was a letdown; even though we arrived at 8:45 AM, most of the food was gone. We waited ten minutes for some muffins and bread, but there wasn't even any butter available. The pool area was also underwhelming, as it's quite small and felt neglected, with dusty furniture and no towels on hand. That said, we had a very good stay overall, and it’s definitely worth the price."

"The room we got for 1 bedroom was upstairs so with the 110°F and had to bring heavy stuff up and down is just a pain, we like this place and nothing else besides that experience, we always enjoyed staying here, thanks"

"This was hands down the best experience we've ever had in this area. It all kicked off at the front desk and Jeremy was the absolute best at representing the Hyatt brand. He was super professional, friendly, and knew everything about the property, including its history. Just everything you'd expect from a place like this and then some. The room was top-notch! It was huge and spotless. The pools were also great, and there was loads of seating within a few steps of the pool. Overall, our stay was just amazing and we'll definitely be back."
