Staff was accommodating to allow us to leave our bags and contacted us when our room was ready so we could check in a bit early after an early am arrival. We did not have a car for this portion of the trip and this hotel is walkable, but far from the downtown core etc. close by options are somewhat limited. "

"So this place has a lot of potential without a lot of work. I think they are severely under staffed. We stayed a week and never got our room cleaned once even though we asked for it once only. The hallways and general areas are dirty. Getting a drink at the pool bar is a 30 min wait. Maybe a little planning or more staff would elevate this issues."

"Property is on average 3 stars. The hotel is under painting renovation when we were there which they removed all the decorations photo’s of Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz which was the main attraction and our reason of picking to stay on this hotel. The bed and pillow are NOT comfortable to sleep on. The bed gave me the back pain due to mattress is sagging when you lie down, and pillow is too soft which is insufficient support for my neck. "
