"Wouldn’t stay here again. Toilet was broken and clogged when we first got there. AC wasn’t working. Spider webs in the corners of room. Just wasn’t comfortable staying there."

"Since we stayed in the 2nd unit coffee maker in the room would be nice instead of having to go to the main lobby for coffee. Cold have grab handle in the shower. "

"There is an indoor pool available 6 am -10:30 pm daily. The pool size is decent for a hotel indoor pool. We like it very much."

"Parking in garage, tight spaces but glad to have covered parking, ambiance of entire place was welcoming, breakfast was "okay", staff was very nice. Nice location, enjoyed quality of dining at hotel affiliated restaurant as well."

"The Cork Factory is one of my two favorite hotels in Lancaster. It’s unique, away from the center of town but close enough to everything. I look forward to seeing the same front desk people, no matter what time I check in. There’s absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel."

"Started out in room 234 and the tub was dirty and there was a used bar soap on the tub. They came promptly and cleaned it up though. Later, water was leaking under the sink when we turned the faucet on. They moved us to a new room 228. Everything was fine in the new room except the shower. Water was streaming out from the pull-knob that starts the shower. "

"Breakfast was ok! Room needed deep cleaning and temperature was good! "
