"The rooms are spacious and clean. The area feels safe and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is an overall great hotel to stay at for visiting Lancaster. I will definitely come back and stay here. "

"It is a once in a lifetime experience. Lots of stuff to do there besides the Railroad museum. Wish they would upgrade the linens there. Caboose we stayed in ok. There was a birds nest on top of the air conditioner. Food at the resteraunt was good. This is a nice spot if your kid is into trains. Staff was excellent. Wish they would upgrade the cabooses and make the insides feel a little bit more modern. Start with new flat screen TVs. Brighter more modern tone paints for inside the cabooses. Overall I had a good time and will probably come again."

"We had to check in on the later side and leave super early for a graduation and the staff was amazing. The room was super clean and we cannot wait to come back for Dutch Wonderland!"

"Garbage can under the sink in our room was completely full of garbage when we checked in. They only offered completely coffee. This isn’t necessary the hotels fault, but the people in the room above ours were extremely noisy. I’m pretty sure they were bouncing a basketball on the floor! I will give the staff credit that when I called to complain, they did stop for a little while. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful."

"Great location, in the middle of chain restaurants and shops but only a few minutes drive to Amish restaurants and shops, close to Sight and Sound Theatre."

"I had never stayed at a doubletree before and now its going to be my go to. The suite was fantastic, the staff wonderful and extremely helpful. My only issue was the suite is near the elevator which is kind of old so you could hear it very loudly. Not the staffs fault at all and thankfully not many used it during the night!"
