"All of the staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, around 11am, our room wasn't ready but they worked hard to find us a room and even gave us two vouchers for drinks at the pub downstairs. We didn't expect to get a room before 4pm, which is check in time, but they were attentive and thoughtful from the start. The room was beautiful and the location was great. We had a wonderful trip!"

"Only problem is We were on level 7 and You can hear all the noise from other rooms even if You were not trying to be loud as soon as You exit elevator You can hear, almost as if the building shape makes it echo and the room next to Us felt like they were in same room as Us"
