"We love Trinidad Hilton. It is our home away from home while we are in Trinidad. It is so familiar to us and we love the staff. A lot of the staff have been there for years and its so nice to come back to a place that is so welcoming and familiar. I never have any doubts coming to Hilton in Trinidad, it is safe, lots of security and they offer a lot of food options. The pool is gorgeous. This Hilton is not stiff and antiseptic like the newer hotels around town and thats why we love it. It is set in the natural beauty of the land. It has great views of the Savannah and surrounding area. Our room was fantastic!! I cant say enough about it. But one thing i would say is if you book a suite you should be comfortable with who you share with because the huge bathroom has a shower with a frosted glass that is kind of revealing to the bedroom living area on the other side. so that may be awkward. they cant see the toilet but the closer you shower to the glass, the more revealing things can become! we had a lot of jokes about this but it was just me and my partner sharing the room. and we made sure we showered before any guests came for a visit! that said, we went for mothers day and attended the brunch option offered. it was amazing. both local and international food were prepared deliciously and visually appealing. I hope with the intended renovations that this Hilton does not lose their essence or the great staff that makes this hotel unique and a landmark of Trinidad."

"Cozy hotel in safe location close to downtown yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle, and a short walk to the zoo, botanical garden, and Queen's Park. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Beautiful restaurant with superb menu, and its 8th-floor location has a wonderful panoramic view of the city, sea, and surrounding hills. Standard rooms are small but very clean and pleasantly decorated. I imagine the suites and balcony rooms are lovely. Be sure to reserve an upper-floor room to enjoy the view."

"We were there overnight so didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but it looked gorgeous & welcoming. "

"The front reception staff could be more welcoming, more informative. Upon arrival washroom was not working in lobby area, no wifi, sewer problems. On our second day the sewer stunk..on our way to the pool. Pool area, everything dirty, lounge chairs, pool water cold, hot tub area not working. Place looks run down, nothing to do in the resort. We booked a room with 2 double bed, went out..when we came back our bed was wet because the AC water dipped and soaked the mattress. We were move and put into a penthouse suite. Happy for that. Breakfast and staff were great, very friendly. (Jamal our server was great) Our rooms had no kettle, no coffee, no tea as advertised. I would give it 2 out of 5. Stayed May 2026."

"The stay was great. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were very well kept and clean. The breakfast was great, however it would have been Amazing to have the local dishes served at breakfast instead of having an American breakfast. Overall the stay was very pleasant. "
