The only downside was that check-in took quite a while — we had to wait longer than expected before being taken to our room. However, once settled in, everything else about the stay was excellent.

"This recently opened hotel continues to shine and offers very good service. Our suite was quite spacious and having a clean kitchen was helpful. The lobby is also clean, comfortable, and spacious. After commenting in my previous stay about problems with off-site laundry service, it seems to have improved. "

I didn’t expect to be this impressed—especially since that same month I had already stayed in three different hotels across three countries: Port Harcourt (Nigeria), Doha (Qatar), and Singapore. The staff alone set the tone—responsive, genuinely joyful in the way they attended to every request. Then came the food: the buffet was a world tour on its own, with endless options and champagne right on the menu.
