"So paid for breakfast both nights but my flight was changed for the second morning so could not get breakfast as too early to check out? The guy behind the desk said no problem and we can’t give you your money back but I will have a packed breakfast made for you both and leave outside your door so you can take with you! Well no breakfast and the guy on the check out desk did not have a clue about it! So 50 pounds for two breakfasts was well worth it NOT Hotel was very nice though"

"Staff are really lovely and so helpful. Parts of the room were a little bit unclean such as dirty glasses in the bathroom and hairs in the bathroom/sink. Lots of flies in restaurant bathroom too a bit unclean. Beds v comfy!"

"Overall, this was a great property to stay at if you are visiting Edinburgh for the first time. Located within walking distance of public transit and many of the popular sights, making it a convenient choice. Stay didn’t blow me away, but was good enough to meet our needs. Towels and sheets were changed daily, which was nice, but sometimes appears to be dirty (specks of black on towels and sheets). We requested a quieter room, which seemed to help reduce noise."
