Hotel looks quite elegant but is lacking in maintenance and upkeep. The room clearly showed its age although it had elegant touches. We wanted to sit in the lobby but we're told ALL sofas and chairs were broken. We tried to sit in the café in the lobby but we're told we had to purchase something in order to sit down... so ultimately we didn't have a place to sit and wait for the time to catch our taxi. Staff was nice, buffet was balanced in selection for breakfast food, although the food was cold or warm. Overall the stay was satisfactory but nothing exceptional

There was mold in the washroom. The chair had broken finishings that cut my hand. But the main thing was the room was hot like a sauna, with no real options to cool down. We had to request a fan which wasn’t promptly provided and did little to cool the room. We were able to open a small crack in the window, but when you removed the room card from the slot, the window automatically closed, which result in us coming back to a sauna room after a long day. Having to leave the window open, left the air dry and resulted in one of us getting a sore throat. Bed was comfy tho. And room was spacious.

The stay here was quite enjoyable. The view was excellent, the room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even a bathtub jacuzzi which was an unexpected surprise. It was close to the subway station and several bus stops, with a number of shopping areas and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Definitely spend some tine exploring the area, and absolutely visit the Incheon Information Center that’s about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We decided to make this hotel the point of departure for all our excursions. The subway and buses can take you anywhere you need to go in Seoul. I do have one suggestion for the hotel mgmt.(which is why I could only give 4 stars): Please provide reading lamps! The ceiling lights aren’t really conducive to reading, and lighting the whole room so a single person can read isn’t really a viable solution.

Everything excellent ewxcept for the basin water

The sevice was good, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Only one thing detracted from the stay. The odor from the water coming ouit of the faucet in the bathroom was odorous and smelled like old pipes. While i did not get sck from brushing my teeth with that basin water, it certainly was distracting and unsettling.

全体としてはとても良かったです。 文鶴競技場のライブ参戦のためにこちらのホテルを利用しました。 最寄りのセントラルパーク駅から、文鶴までは仁川1号線で20分ほどで、交通の便も良かったです。明洞などと比べると小さいお店は少なく、大きなショッピングモールが徒歩10分ほどの距離にあります。二駅先には現代アウトレットもありました。 ホテルはクラシックな感じでよかったですが、おトイレの便座が汚れていて少しショックでした。また、古いホテルなのか、USB電源はないので変換プラグが必要です。 ドアチェーンやシャワーの形状も古いもので分かりづらかったです。 スタッフのお兄さんたちはみんな優しくてイケメンでした。 また仁川方面で用事があるなら利用したいです。

ドアの内側からかける鍵が壊れていた。 週末は結婚式が多かったようでエレベーターを待つ時間が長かった。 部屋は広く、快適。セントラルパークが一望でき気持ち良い。ベッドもよい。窓が開くのも良い。 洗面台周りに物を置けるスペースがなく機能的ではない。ドライヤーは弱い。
