"This hotel provides excellent sleep quality, and the staff is helpful. The hotel amenities have to be upgraded. For instance, I couldn’t get the central lighting system to work. Another jarring situation is that the water flow in the WC is low, and the hotel asks guests to put t. paper in the waste Bin. Otherwise, the location is excellent and the shuttle to Terminal 1 is great. Top marks for the breakfast offerings. Overall, I would recommend, but upgrade is needed and TV options need to be enhanced."

"Great location at the heart of Songdo. The Park view is really beautiful. The hotel and amenities that are available might feel a bit outdated but with cleanliness of the room and convenience you get because of the location, that won’t be a huge problem to enjoy experiencing Songdo"

"Mega casino resort like a mini city near the airport. The ocean room was quiet and comfortable but not much an ocean view. Booked thinking the Waterpark was included with the room but wasn’t. The check in staff seemed a bit snooty. The concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay before or after a flight for a short rest and relaxation. But very far from Seoul. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient."
