"Our experience at Paloma Finesse was second to none. On arrival we were personally greeted and offered a delicious welcome drink. Throughout our whole stay the service was impeccable - it was probably the best thing about the hotel apart from the obvious! The staff took great care in maintaining cleanliness not just in our room but in the entire facility. The food and drinks was incredible, anything you craved it was basically there. You could choose to eat from 4 different restaurants so there...

"We were very pleased to have booked this hotel, we wanted to actuslly rest and thats exactly what we got! All the buildings have at most just a ground and 1st floor so when you look up you see the blue skies, no loud music by the pool, no rush of people anywhere like most 5* resorts with bigger room numbers that we have previously stayed in. And most impresively all the staff from the waiters to the gardeners, room keeping to kids club everyone is very polite and helpful again unlike other 5*...
