"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The bus we used from Haneda airport dropped us off just in front of the hotel ( the hotel is large/ popular enough to have its own stop. The hotel staff were amazingly attentive and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed with a tremendous view of Tokyo (we had a 23 rd floor room). Everything was clean and the rooms were of good size but I would not say large. The hotel has multiple shops and restaurants included. The lunch buffet on the first floor was outstanding and reasonably priced. The hotel felt a bit dated but it did not distract us from have an outstanding experience! Great hotel."

"The staff were really accommodating as well as the hotel is very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this especially if your visiting Japan in groups. There are 2 train station very close to the hotel plus a supermarket few minutes walk. There is a convenient store just by the corner and some very cheap restaurants nearby if you choose not to eat in the restaurant. The hotels restaurant itself offers very good healthy meals though. I would book again for my young family if we visit Tokyo again."

"This was a clean room and the location was very convenient for all of the shopping that we did while in Tokyo. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We had our luggage transported directly from the airport to the hotel which was very convenient. The Denny's on the 2nd floor and 7/11 a few steps from the elevator were also very convenient during our stay. My husband and I found the bed comfortable and our daughter said the foldout bed from the couch was also comfy."

"Location: very close to Omiya station (train station) so easy to get to Tokyo. We went directly from Haneda Airport by Airport Limousine and it took a bit longer due to the traffic. Breakfast: lots of various things to choose from. Very tasty. I couldn’t do the charge to the room and needed to pay in advance."

"Situated in surroundings that have kept some of the traditional Tokyo. The rooms are very clean, the staff is kind, the presence of a laundry room is very useful, breakfast is copious and tasty, and the possibility to sit in the lounge during daytime allows to relax from the heah."

"We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"
