O atendimento é justo mas nada excepcional. O café da manha poderia ter mais variedade. Mas o grande fator negativo é qualidade dos quartos, parecem antigos, assim como as cobertas/lencois da cama e toalhas. O banheiro tem um cheiro desagradável. A grande vantagem é a localização.

O banheiro tinha um cheiro forte no ralo quando eu usava o chuveiro (tipo esgoto), a noite muitas vezes alguns hóspedes passavam nos corredores falando muito alto e me acordou ( falta de educação deles), no box do banheiro tinha muito ferrugem e tinha um aspecto de sujo

Desde a recepção, pessoal da limpeza, do restaurante são muito educados e prestativos, a comida no almoço estava uma delicia. Recomendo o hotel, me hospedaria novamente, caso retorno a Imperatriz.

Decepcionante a limpeza.

Chegamos no hotel e recebemos o quarto com roupas de cama suja, e a limpeza do apartamento também não estava legal, móveis com poeira, e aquela sensação que havia sido limpo a muitos dias, quarto sem cheiro nenhum de produto de limpeza! Trocamos de quarto, oque melhorou um pouco.

Ótima localização, e super confortável

Hotel bem localizado, próximo à hospitais restaurantes. Quarto bastante limpo e confortável, café da manhã bastante variado ficar atento na hora da reserva para incluir café da manhã que sai mais barato que se for pagar no local. No térreo existe um barzinho com música ao vivo que vale a pena conferir .

Já havia me hospedado no hotel 2 anos atrás. Acontece que atualmente o hotel está "largado" !!! Banheiro sujo, paredes encardidas, cabelo espalhado no piso, balcões e armários empoeirados.
