"Nice hotel. Considering busy street it was very quiet. I would say it was clean but not good enough. Lampshades had visible stains, 5 days in hotel and bedsheets were not changed nor towels. Had to ask for extra toilet paper amd extra pillow Very helpful staff, very nice breakfast. Overall hotel room nice size, unusuall that sink was in the room not in the toilet. Area around hotel very nice. I would go again"

"Room was dark and dingy, no water in room, 1 tea bag and no milk. Went to reception and advised of the above , also unable to get English TV on, upgraded our room when booking and requested a balcony, to be told we did not have a balcony. The person on reception was very unhelpful, gave me 1 tea bag a small glass of milk, did not get offered any water, never offered any assistance to sort the TV or help with connecting to the internet. Stated we were unable to change rooms has the hotel was full, unhelpful is an understatement. Also beds really unfortable."

"Property was immaculate, staff at reception were helpful, plenty to do and very close to Energylandia, just a 15 minute walk or there are a listed number of dotto train services to and from the park. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Downside was that we chose the property because it was listed on Expedia as offering a return shuttle service to Krakow airport, at an additional cost of 300PLN. After booking, we were advised by the property that they do not offer this service. If you are looking to stay at Western Camp, and dont want to drive, Uber was reasonably priced and easy. If you're looking to keep things cheaper, take a short 10 minute walk from the airport to the Hampton by Hilton down the road - we found journeys to and from here are much cheaper than the airport itself."
