After finding out that the money was taken as well from the bank we asked hotel.com for support, however the Aelbistan hotel reject double billing and no support at all. "The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here."
