"Beautiful room, gorgeous view, kind staff the front desk lady was wonderful and greatly improved our stay. Hot tub was unfortunately broken due to a guest breaking it and part was on way. But thats no fault to the hotel staff. We will likely return thank you for a great vacation! "

"We had a lovely stay here. The highlight was the staff; everyone was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. As for the accommodations, the rooms are a bit dated and could use a modern update, but that didn't take away from our experience. They were clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. To top it off, the views were absolutely wonderful. We’d happily stay here again!"

"While the location is ideal and close to everything. The room was quite dirty, including thick dust on the fan, tv and heater. The bathroom was in awful condition, with large patches and f missing paint and caulking. There was a warning that stated the steam from the shower would set off all alarms facility wide. There was a pool area, while great to have an indoor heated pool, had multiple areas with mold, missing caulking and most importantly, the MOST slippery floor I’ve ever experienced. Multiple fell on this floor. NONE, by running. This is very dangerous. Lastly, while there was ample parking, the layout design for the parking lot is awful at best. Overall, calling this property a “resort” is a stretch. The quality does not support the claim."

"Ken and Candy went above and beyond. Their B&B is so special and they’ve really thought of all the minor details to make you stay feel like home. Don’t even get me started on how comfortable the beds are! Such a hidden gem. 10 outta 10"

"It was a norm.."

"The property is called “Ocean View Inn at the Arch.” I booked an “ocean view” room and requested the top floor through Expedia (which offered a better price than booking directly through the hotel website). Unfortunately, the room was on the second floor and, at best, had only a partial view rather than a true ocean view. There is also a 5½- to 6-minute walk from the hotel parking area before you actually reach the sand, and tall trees and shrubs in front of the property further obstruct the view. When I asked about the top-floor request—which I had made at the time of booking—I was informed by the hotel manager that it is against hotel policy to place guests who book through third-party sites in the “good rooms.”"

"The beds were uncomfortable the pillows were flat as a pancake! The shower curtain rod had tape all over it. My son road one of the rental bikes and the belt came off 3 blocks down the road. The pool had sand all in the bottom of it .. so nasty. The only thing I would say the things we did enjoy was the fire pits outside and the breakfast was grate other then that I would never stay here again for the price of 230. The refrigerator in the bedroom wasn't even turn on. But the staff was super friendly!"
