"Helpful staff , comfy room "

"Lovely little room, bathroom was very modern, though the flyscreen on the window must of had holes as we had many bug visitors. Aircon was great and staff very friendly. It would of been nice to have a sink in the kitchenette and the rooms are not particularly sound proof as i could hear our 2 year old from a decent distance outside the room. "

"Well let’s just say our room looked nothing like the one that appears on the website. We stayed in room 203 and it was disgusting. First of all the smell. It stank. Like mould and a Red Cross shop. The carpet was threadbare. All the furnishings were old as. The old purple titled bathroom so incredibly gross. Our room overlooked the car park with a glimpse of the harbour. As such the lights from the car park shone through the inadequate curtains so sleeping was near impossible too. Would never stay in this hotel again. "
