Illawarra hotel rooms a the Best Western

"Check in was seem less. I was allowed to check in early.. only downside is mattress was terrible. Could feel the springs."

"Great location, good coffee, food, 24 hour reception, easy room service, nice clean rooms, good view, definitely staying here whenever I come to Wollongong. Left hotel at 4:30 in the morning and was able to get coffee and Breakfast!"

"Overall great stay and in a convenient location near some amazing restaurants and the beach. Staff were lovely and helpful. Carpet was dirty as I had a toddler running everywhere and lying on the floor and could see the dust and dirt stain her skin. Air con temp was hard to manage - felt too hot then too cold within 1 degree change. Limited gym equipment as well. "
