Little piece of paradise

This hotel is beautiful! our room was spacious, ocean view & poolside! It had a fridge, very good AC and a wonderful breakfast with made to order eggs! The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even helped us to get a taxi back to São Paulo, which was a real challenge through normal channels. There are mosquitoes, as the grounds are very lush and green, so remember your bug spray. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pousada tem potencial mas está claramente abandonada com muita manutenção para ser feita... Meu quarto parecia um porão, com limpeza deixando a desejar. Não encontrei bichos mas estava bem sujo. Cama boa, frigobar ótimo. Chuveiro mal saia água uma dificuldade pra tomar banho. Funcionárias boas, tentam ser atenciosas. Piscina mal cuidada, era de lona e com a lona rasgada... Café da manha bom. Enfim, precisa melhorar bastante para justificar a classificação atual delano hoteis.com

A pousada é uma delícia. O quarto tem uma vist incrível e estava super limpinho. O café da manhã estava gostoso. A Eva e a Cida são incríveis, ambas cuidam muito bem de tudo, são prestativas e atenciosas. O atendimento por whats app (acho que é a Regina que atende) foi ótimo. As respostas sempre eram muito rápidas e de forma bastante gentil. A única coisa que deveria ser melhorada é a piscina, pois está cheia de remendos e soltando na lateral, mas nada que a impeça de ser utilizada.

Fechei a pousada do dia 30/12/25 a 04/01/26 Devido ao trabalho eu e meu esposo chegamos no dia 31/12 exatamente na véspera do réveillon, dirigimos a noite toda e simplesmente ao chegar só queríamos descansar, para a virada do ano o que me parece norma, querer ter paz ao chegar em uma pousada, e simplesmente tinha um funcionário com uma máquina fazendo uma barulheira absurda embaixo do meu quarto! Fora vc ir tomar café às 9:30 não tem mais nenhuma fruta e o ovos terem acabados, e n ter reposição, sendo que o café é até às 10:00! O chuveiro é péssimo, lavei o cabelo com a ducha higiênica, pois no chuveiro não cai água direito, sem contar na falta de água aconteceu em dois dias, um dia n tinha água nem pra escovar os dentes! Fui perguntar se já haveria água e informei que no dia anterior voltou, mas n tinha voltado a água quente, somente me responderam: sim a água voltou! Porém voltou fria! Conclusão, eu e meu esposo resolvemos vir embora até um dia antes! As funcionárias salvam, elas são uns amores, mas a estrutura precisa urgente de uma atenção, a piscina é terrível, um plástico imitando azulejo, tudo muito sujo e velho, pior que o lugar teria um potencial pois é lindo, só que extremamente largado!!

Tudo muito bom: cafe da manha, localização, paisagem, vista, quarto. Só um detalhe me frustrou: o chuveiro. Não consegui tomar banhi quente em nenhum dia pois ou esquentava demais a ponto de queimar a pele ou esfriava demais. Mas acho que foi só no quarto que eu fiquei.

Esse lugar é simplesmente um paraíso na terra. Uma vista que é coisa de sonho mesmo. Sobre a estadia do temos a agradecer, equipe muito solicita e um café da manhã que dá vontade de tomar café da manhã um dia inteiro. As fotos postadas não condizem com a realidade. Quartos escuros, colchões velhos, banheiro em péssimo estado. Tomei banho frio porque o aquecedor central estava com problemas. Só nao é pior porque a Eva se desdobra para manter a pousada funcionando. É uma pena, pois a vista é maravilhosa.
