"Pousada Belas Aguas is delightful. The charming owners and went out of their way to make us feel at home snd arrange boat outings and transportation to and from the airport for us. It is the most attractive of the pousadas we saw in the village, with newer, freshly painted buildings, light-filled rooms, and its own little beachfront adjacent to the main beach. The loft rooms have a kind of ladder to the loft with the larger bed; its not for anyone with mobility issues. There is no dock so you need to be able to get i n and out of the boat in the beach in a bit of water, and one of the boat outings includes a steep-ish half hour hike. We loved it and already miss Lucas and his family. Thank you!"
