"Our room and the hotel in general were clean and well taken care of. The hotel had a fun vibe during Ontario’s March Break, my son had a great time using all the amenities and I enjoyed relaxing in the indoor heat and humidity :) Our room overlooked the pool, and I would agree with other reviews that if you want quiet before 11pm, or later than 7:30am, it would be best to opt for a room that doesn’t overlook the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly when ai had an issue with the bank machine. "

"Nous étions avec deux enfants et nous avions des chambres qui donnaient sur la rue en face d’une discothèque la musique fort sans bon sens jusqu’à 3h du matin Clairement l’hôtel est au courant de la situation car ça arrive toutes les fin de semaine Je sais qu’ils peuvent rien faire La clim ne marchait pas et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans entendre le bruit de la musique Mettons que l’hôtel et super mais clairement je me retournerais pas dans cet hôtel juste à cause du fait que je veux dormir "
