"We stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they're well laid out and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. While the rooms aren't completely soundproof, the hotel was quiet during our visit, so noise was never an issue. The location is excellent;very central and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having parking available was a big plus, as we were able to leave the car and explore the city on foot. The staff were exceptional: warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the beautiful lake behind the hotel. It was wonderful to go for a swim in the morning or afternoon, and the trails surrounding the lake were stunning. We even spotted some wildlife, which made our walks even more memorable. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but unfortunately there weren't any vegan options available, which was disappointing since we follow a vegan diet. There were also a couple of maintenance issues that could use attention. The shower had quite a bit of mold and would benefit from a deep clean. The toilet also had an improperly sized seat that was noticeably smaller than the bowl, making it look odd and uncomfortable to use. Overall, this is a great place to stay thanks to its fantastic location, friendly staff, convenient parking, and beautiful lakeside."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well soundproofed, which made for a comfortable and quiet stay. The view of the sunset was beautiful, and there was plenty of parking available. The outdoor pool looked great and was a nice bonus, although I didn't have time to use it. If you're visiting this time of year, be prepared for lots of mosquitoes, especially near the water or on the trails. Bringing insect repellent is definitely a good idea. There were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom layout wasn't ideal, as the toilet was positioned very close to the wall, making it awkward to use. The biggest issue, however, was the bed. The mattress felt worn out and lopsided - you could feel the grooves from years of use, and it seemed overdue for replacement. The pillows were also very flat and left me with a stiff neck in the morning. Overall, despite the comfortable room size, cleanliness, and beautiful location, updating the mattresses and pillows would make a significant difference to the guest experience."
