"Camere Da Mirrella is a pretty boutique hotel located near Lazise, Italy and close to Lake Garda. The owner Nick greeted us, helped us with our heavy luggage and showed us to our room. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The room was all wood finishes. The breakfast was great and Nick explained the area and some finer points. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but it would be especially nice for young families. The hotel has a nice pool and a play ground. Five Stars"

"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food and the wine was brilliant all week! We will go back and I am sure they simply had an off day."

"Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday she bought over a lovely bottle of wine in a bag with a flower. She really made our holiday special!! The highlight was the pool though… beautiful, clean, lots of new sunbeds and umbrellas!! It’s a small place so not too many people, it’s only a short walk in to the centre of Lazise. It’s got plenty of parking and is well maintained with cleaners and handymen and gardeners on site daily. The Lidi nearby is very handy and well stocked!! We had a fabulous time staying there with our twenty year old son. We were very sad to leave and would definately return!!! So pleased I booked a place with a pool and near Lazise! Great for families and couples. A real pretty location. Quaint, local restaurant just around the corner and up the hill, was the best, great prices, great food and great views of Lake Garda, we only discovered it on the last night, wish we had eaten there every night!!! THANK YOU VANESSA… for being you!! Xx"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the breakfast was great every morning with plenty of choice. The owner and her daughter were absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming and always happy to help. The cleaner also went above and beyond by taking me to the supermarket so I could buy sanitary towels for my daughter. Everyone made us feel so well looked after. Although having a car is useful, it’s definitely not essential. The staff helped us with transport, and thanks to their advice I managed to get to Venice in under two hours for very little cost. There was also a bus stop just a few minutes away, making it easy to visit Verona. On our last day, our taxi unexpectedly cancelled, and the owner kindly drove us to the airport herself. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and hospitality. We can’t thank everyone enough and would highly recommend staying here."
