"**Absolutely perfect location** — right off the beach, just a 1-block walk, surrounded by lively restaurants and beach-goers. The views are gorgeous; I got sunrise pictures off the balcony two days in a row. There's a McDonald's around the corner for a quick breakfast, and you're minutes from two beach clubs. We spent a day at Aura and loved it — the little on-site café has a shaded seating area that's perfect for a snack and an Aperol spritz. **The apartment itself** was clean and matched the pictures exactly. AC worked great, the beds had genuinely good blankets, and Alessio (our host) left a generous supply of coffee pods for the Lavazza machine. Check-in instructions were clear and sent well ahead of arrival. **Food nearby:** the restaurant across the street, deRione Ostia, was fantastic — we ate outside in beautiful weather and had a 3-course meal for €29. Great food, great atmosphere. **A sweet moment at dinner:** we met an Italian couple with a little white dog named Bibi, who offered to take our family photo — such warm, lovely people. **Host communication** was excellent and fast. We only stayed two nights and wished it had been longer. When I accidentally left my favorite travel garment behind while rushing our group of 5 out the door, Alessio kindly agreed shipped it back to me — I really appreciated that. I am looking forward to getting it back next week! Thank you so much Alessio!"

"So pleased with the choice I made for my parents. Perla and Riccardo were so accommodating to help my elderly parents make sure they find parking, as you know any where in Rome or Italy parking is difficult but they were so responsive to support. The room and location was beautiful centred right inside of the heart of location. Thank you for a perfect place to stay over before their last night in Rome before returning back home."
