"Nice, modern apartment. Just what we needed for our short stay. The best points were the modern features, ease of access (door code given day of arrival), and air conditioning. The apartment stayed a comfortable temperature despite it being 36 degrees outside! There is plenty of space and storage. Much more pleasant than staying in a cramped hotel room. "We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain...

"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"Spacious and interestingly decorated apartment situated reasonably close to main sights. Warm welcome from Oasis team and all arrangements went smoothly, from being greeted at apartment to departure airport transfer. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!"

"I really enjoyed my time at Ensana Grand, and hope I can come back someday! My one improvement would be a more flexible wellness package included in the price of the stay - I had pool and sauna access included in my reservation, but I am not a pool or sauna person! If I could somehow switch this out for a limited amount of treatments, like the basic facials or massages, that would've been a game-changer. "

"Up Hotel is a clean, modern hotel, located right near a lovely garden and steps away from some fun areas and great restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay there for five nights during our first trip to Budapest. It was very accessible to public transportation and also the Hop-on Hop-off bus! :) We used the gym, which was small but adequate. And the staff was always very friendly and nice. Our room was clean and they prepared a king size bed so we were very comfortable. The only slight drawback is that we didn't love the bathroom layout - two 'stalls' (one for the shower, one for the toilet) and an open concept for the sink. Still, we loved it overall and are very happy we stayed here."
