"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain...

"Die Apartment war Schmutzig. Wir haben keine wifi internet in Apartment ganze 10 tagen gehabt.wir müsten von unser Roaming bezahlen. Wir haben mit zuständige Apartment Personen Telefonisch, Email mehrmals kontaktiert bis die Personen am Ort gekommen und er hat versprochen alle fehlenden berücksichtigen ober haben wir von Apartment Personal bis letzte Tag von unserer zurück reisen nicht gehört und gesehen. "1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"Very nice unit with balcony. Good location to go everywhere on walking. Easy to find a parking nearby. They send us a welcome wine for the parents and chocolate for the kids which is nice. It's a good choice for the family with kids."

"Overall excellent quality hotel, great service, spacious, impressive breakfast buffet. However, i was most impressed and grateful for staff kindness, thoughtfulness and truly going above and beyond for our family in a difficult situation. We had a health emergency with my elderly Mother on July 2 2025. And Crowne team who was on duty on this time was exceptional: helping us with a doctor, and paramedics visit, translation, providing us food packages (so needed as we spent all the time in emergency, arranging a deep discount for our unexpected extra 2 days of stay. The team was closely monitoring and helping us even as shifts changed. My family is forever grateful to the Crowne Plaza team for making such a difficult situation touched by human kindness and highest degree of hospitality professionalism. Thank you! We felt we were taken care of my real family in Crowne Plaza Budapest. "
