"良くも悪くも公営国民宿舎、それ以上でも以下でもない。
地元の観光情報提示がない。手近に見当たらないのでフロントで聞いてみたら観光マップを貰えた。お役所仕事としか言いようがない。
施設が古いのは覚悟の上(トイレ、冷蔵庫なし) 、せめてその分のサービスを心がけてほしい。
レストランスタッフの応対は気持ちよかった。
立地良し、レストランは広くて眺めも上々。温泉も良かった。
(チェックアウト時にアンケート用紙を投函したが、一体誰が目を通すものやら？意味がないように思う)"

"大浴場は綺麗で、広々としていました。館内も素敵で、職員の対応が良かった。場所は、スーパーやまぐち、イチヤマに歩いていける距離で立地は良い。しかしながら漁港との送り迎えがあると助かる。"

"高齢の母を連れての旅でした。
2階とは聞いていたのですが、旧家の階段のため、急で昇降に大変、気を使いました。
宿の紹介に高齢者は階段は注意などの文面を記載して欲しかったです。
また、鍵が開けにくく、フロントではその説明がなく、困りました。
全体的にフロントの方の説明が簡素だと感じました。
階段と鍵以外は満足です。"
