"Good breakfast and onsen. Laundry was small compared to their hotels I stayed in other cities. This location was also clean but not as clean as the other locations I stayed in. Good location close to station and staff were helpfu. Good ice cream and ramen in the evening "

"A large hotel with a ton of guests. Great hotel and great staff. Only feedback would be for the hotel to create more dinner and breakfast “start times” to avoid the massive rushes in the dining area that created a feeding frenzy with some disgruntled people. Seemed unlike most Japanese experiences. "

"Convenient location right opposite to JR station .. rooms are well sized , room amenities can be collected from lobby ( same as other Japanese hotel chains ) … hotel does not have separate Onsen facility , however there are nearby facilities near hotel …. Buffet Breakfast is available at additional price in early morning "
