"As previous guests note, twenty five minutes from Toba station. As such, no restaurants or stores aside from in the hotel, but plenty of beautiful scenery. I didn’t have the dinner option due to price and instead brought take out from the local food shop (Marche) near the station, but fully enjoyed the lavish spread of fresh foods (fruits and veggies, too) and view of the bay. "The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer.
