"予約時に喫煙のお部屋しか空いてなくて仕方なく予約しました。別件もありホテルに電話した時に「もし当日禁煙のお部屋空いてたら変更お願いします」と伝えていたら、到着と共に「禁煙のお部屋空いたので変更しますね」と手続き変更してくださいました。とても親切で有り難かったです。またそちらに行った時は利用しようと思います。ありがとうございました。"

"I've used this hotel many times for more than one week at a time, but they never greet me such as "Welcome back!" or "Thank you for using the hotel always." They are always too business like. I hope they are a bit more friendly. The hotel is very comfortable to stay though!"

"The house itself is beautiful but all around it is extremely badly taking care of. The yard is a mess, the grass high, and just next to some run down green houses.
