"We had an issue with neighbors smoking and being extremely loud keeping us up at night and waking us in the am. When I called th front desk the sent someone extremely fast to fix the smoking issue since its a non smoking hotel. They were very friendly on the phone and concerned about making our stay great. After I voiced my concerns at check out they took off the cost of my room charges which I was very shocked and thankful for. A manager even followed up after. We’ve stayed here 6+ times and this was the first issue we had and they handled it amazing. Well most likely go back "
