La comunicación con el personal del hotel fue muy mala, ya que no hablan español y el inglés es terrible, por lo que las preguntas que hacía no daban respuestas correctas o incompletas. El hotel es muy viejo y requiere una inversión importante para actualizarlo. Hasta las camas y almohadas eran de los años 1960."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. It’s conveniently located, the food was excellent, and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, which made it a bit warm. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful—I just wish we could have stayed longer."

"Wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable room, nice bedding, wonderful staff. The only thing I would have is a proper fridge in the room. There is one but it is set up for the mini bar. The air conditioning was not working while I was there in April. It was rather hot in my room but I could open the window. Not sure if they turn it on later in the season. "
