"The room and hotel were clean and felt very safe. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely consider staying here."
"The room itself was definitely designed to use small spaces efficiently. Room lights integrated into the headboards was one of the more interesting uses of space. The "D" shaped shower allowed for a good size stall while efficiently using the space. That's about all the nice things I have to say however.
The overall cleanliness of the facility was very lacking pretty much everywhere.
The showerhead/walls/door was very heavily covered in hard water deposits. A thorough deep cleaning is needed.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was non functional and required leaving the pocket door open slightly to help clear the steam and moisture.
There was no stand to set our suitcases on. After pulling things out/putting things in, it got closed up and set on the floor in a corner and somewhat out of the way.
When walking up and down the stairs from the third floor, multiple creaking floor locations made their presence known. It did not instill confidence in the structural stability of the building.
The parking lot is far too small for the number of truck/trailer combinations that were there during our stay. Each one was parked such that 5-6 spaces were used.
There is a fenced off empty lot just to the west that would have been perfect for large vehicle parking but, remained unused. Not sure why.
Having been through this area several times in the last few months, we wanted to try a new place. After this experience, I can say with confidence that it will be the last."
"The hotel was average but served its purpose. We needed a reliable place to sleep during a long road trip, and this property provided exactly what we needed to recharge before hitting the road again."
