"Caitlyn at the front desk was amazing at check in, the room was very clean and spacious, the dining area was a good size, and there were breakfast options for everyone. The temps dropped to below 20 degrees and the locks on our vehicle were frozen. Amanda at the front desk at check out was outstanding in seeing where she could assist and even reached out to the maintenance guy Joe, to see what he had to help. We’re so very grateful for them because we were able to get on our way. This hotel sets the standard with customer service for sure!"

"I was surprised at the beautiful fireplace that greeted us in that cold night driving back from Seattke to Texas. This hotel did not disappoint. Everything looked new and fresh. The bed was cozy and comfortable. I forgot to ask my daughter to login though when we booked the reservation, so I could get my points. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
