"Beds where not comfortable, a lot of loud people that live there, odd smell, the price is to high for what you get out of the hotel!"

"Parking was safe, breakfast was ok, traffic noise was loud, the room was dirty floors needed to be clean as the was dirt on the carpets and bathroom floors"

"Where do I start.... Horrible Experience! Room was not clean; it had been used by what my wife called an "hourly convenience call." Towels were on the floor; bed had been slept on or used. The soap was open in the bathroom and hand towel on the floor. Television was not set up, the AC unit was not operating, and the smoke alarm was chirping every 15 minutes. When I went to the front desk at midnight for help.....crickets. No one around for over 30 minutes. The second room they moved us to at 3am, was not much better. Bullet holes in the windows, no TV, and the bed frame was broken. Breakfast consisted of a couple of juice boxes still in the cardboard delivery box with a frozen snack (also still in the shipping box) tossed on a counter with a microwave oven suitable for a Childs dormitory room. Definitely a 1 out of 10 experience and, I would never go back or recommend this to anyone."

"Check in was awful, had to walk across a huge parking lot with luggage to another hotel then walk all the way back with luggage to check ourselves in with no one on duty. No elevator for rooms on second floor had to haul our luggage up flights of stairs. Poorly maintained, curtains in room had several holes in them, lampshades had tears, microwave light blinked off and on during microwave waving. There was a large brown spot on the carpet near the door and there was an ironing board with no iron. There was one tiny bar of soap for three people and no one at front desk to ask unless we wanted to walk across the very large parking lot to the other hotel to ask in person. As there was no phone in the room no service at any type. Hotel looked temporary like it was part of a strip mall and had a paper sign with signs on the front door, saying sorry for the inconvenience. You have to walk all the way across to the other hotel at the far end of the parking lot to check-in. It was horrible. Shame on Expedia for having them on their list, it was the highest priced hotel of our trip and I believe we were gouged because of local college graduations feel as if we should be given a complete refund. Do not stay here!!!"
