Very affordable and nice room albeit a little outdated, specifically the bathroom, but the staff were friendly, the lobby was spacious and nicely furnished, the pool was enjoyable (we were allowed to use it past 10pm), and there was plenty of parking. The breakfast itself was not the best, I would suggest adding more appetizing options but overall a solid place to stay.

The check in staff were accommodating and friendly. The hotel was decent enough for a short stay. Poorly maintained but it appears they’re trying to make it better. It seemed like they were very understaffed and checking in took a long time because there was only 1 person at the front desk and a long line. Holes in the walls, no shampoo in bathroom, furniture and decor was old and beat up and limited number of towels.

Had a very comfortable stay. Check-in was easy with courteous staff. Parking was very adequate and security was sound. Rooms were extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were to oustanding. Checkout was painless. This will be my hotel of choice for future visits to Idaho Falls.

Don’t be fooled by the wood floors I spilled water and when I used a hand towel it was black when I wiped it up so I went to the bather poured some shampoo in hot water and moped the whole room I wish I had taken a picture of how black it was when I finished so if the floor is that dirty imagine the rest. The good thing it is was quiet.

It’s unfortunate that the property is woefully neglected. The room was clean, but really run down. Outdoor locks were broken making it difficult to get to our room. Breakfast was great. They did provide a “real” breakfast. Eggs, sausage (best I have had in forever) waffles, muffins. and all the usuals.

Bathroom had mold, we were switched to another room after the first night. Room floor was oily, hot tub was inoperable and lukewarm. Countless issues from no privacy door hangers, mold, doors pieced together using whatever materials lying around, broken ice machines. Location was acceptable, and the trail next to the river was the best part. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Expedia charged more than the local hotel by 40%. I had called the local hotel prior to booking with Expedia. Their quote was more at the time. Hotel said they couldn't reduce price because it was Expedia even if the marquee was lower. Bathtub needed cleaning, sticky black stuff on the floors, recent renovation not completely finished. Bed was good and air conditioning worked.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. The room however was lack luster. One bed made a loud crack any time it was sat upon. Our trash cans were dirty inside and out and had no liners. The shampoo bottle was broken from the wall and the walls of the bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while!! Breakfast was alright. Not a large variety of items but I wish what was there was better. Muffins were still frozen without a place to warm, eggs were so salty and watery. The waffles were great 👍
