"IT WAS A GOOD STAY , STAFF FRIENDLY, FUN GAMES , DECENT GYM ALSO... THE HOTEL HAS ONLY THE ONE PINBALL MACHINE, I THINK IT WAS MY MISTAKE BUT THOUGHT IT HAD MORE & INCLUDED THE GUEST ROOMS - BUT SADLY NOT 😥 BUT , I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN ! ALSO , YOU CAN DRINK IN THE BAR AFTER 11 PM ... NICE "

"Room 518 was poorly kept. The net curtains were black from never being cleaned, air conditioning unit has never been cleaned, a single seater chair thats never been cleaned as its thick with black caked on dirt and is full of dust/dead bugs and the shower was either boiling hot or ice cold nothing inbetween. I had my wife and 2 year old with me and just as we had settled it would have been a pain to move rooms. Told reception in the morning who couldnt care less( think her name was nisha(but she was indian)) absolute poor service from her and she shouldnt be in hospitality. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the B&B. Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was much larger than average, including the bathroom which had a full tub. We enjoyed a delicious authentic Indian dinner in the afternoon. The curtains blocked out 100% of the light, and we heard no sounds from either the street outside nor from in the hallways. We slept on a very comfortable bed for a full 10 hours. Full English breakfast in the morning with bangers, beans, and mushrooms. Definitely will stay here on our next journey!"

Both of our rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The second room we booked for our guests was equally impressive, and they were very happy with the comfort and overall experience. The cleanliness in both rooms was impeccable—everything felt fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. We truly appreciated the complimentary amenities, including parking, water, and fruits—small details that made a big difference and reflected genuine hospitality. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient for accessing Oxford city center, making it ideal for a relaxed stay. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oxford—we would definitely stay here again! 👏 Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
