"The hotel is so close to the gate of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. It's location is perfect. It is so close to shops, dining options, and the Grotto. I will definitely stay here again for our next visit at Lourdes."

"Very friendly, helpful staff. Very well located , close by the St. Joseph entrance to the Basilica . Clean , quiet room even though I was next to the elevator. I did not use the dinning facilities, so I cannot rate them. Only one problem and yes, it was a problem. The bed sheets. I had no problem with the mattress but the bed sheets were were like sleeping on sand paper. Truly awful and my skin was rubbed raw. Maybe it's some kind of very coarse muslin but the sheets were awful."

"This hotel was ideally located, a 2 minute walk from Pau centre. The parking was really handy, and free! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and air conditioned. We had an amazing time here."

"Clean room , stayed the night on route driving from London to Valencia and fancied a day in Pau. Easy location and very quiet so got a good night's sleep. Had a couple of drinks at the bar and served quickly. Was up and out early so didn't stay for breakfast. Overall clean, smart and room was lovely."
