Great location and the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately our TV never worked properly...not a big deal for us but the power breaker tripped in our room several times. This was annoying but noting more than that. Overall it was a good experience.
Absolutely exquisite hotel in Figueretes. On the boardwalk, central to bay with great sea views. We were met at taxi and ushered in and up to rooftop bar for welcome drinks whilst our room was prepared. Very smooth. Room itself was 35 m2 but felt much more spacious due to clever design. Infinity pool by rooftop bar and one on ground floor both overlooking sea. Gym and sauna, super clean etc. Everything you would expect from a 5* establishment but all very slickly done. The restaurant was also top class. Prices for the rooms are very cheap relative to all the other 5* hotels in ibiza. It was my first visit here but I doubt I will go anywhere else now when I visit the island. Figueretes itself is much improved in recent years making this hotel a real bargain.
Lovely hotel, we got upgraded although we were ready to pay the upgrade cost to get an ocean view. Check in staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The room was a bit small for 3 of us but honestly we didn’t care, it was beautiful and very clean. Welcome drinks was a special touch, the infinity pool was plush, sunbeds a nice touch and food very good. We would. Highly recommend One Ibiza Suite, lots of good restaurants around we tried Retro Gusto and Soleado definitely worth it. We will be back in 2 years time.
very clean and neat, awesome view, perfect pool, beautiful decor, nothing to say about negative thing, want to visit again if we have chance!
