A truly lovely place. The staff is incredible- the pool is lovely and catches a nice Mediterranean breeze. The staff will taxi you up and down the hill into the port if you want to eat or shop there. Pool has food and a bar. We were spoiled rotten here

everyone at the hotel was just wonderful. our first room was small and we asked for annotated which was granted for the extra fee of 70€. the shuttle service in a brand new Tesla to and from town was a real treat since the hotel sits at the very top of the hill. this hotel is a must for Ibiza.

This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful location, attentive staff and delicious food. The pool area was a relaxing oasis where we spent many hours. A very short walk from the cathedral and old town battlements, and a few mins away from a selection of restaurants including Michelin ⭐️ options.

The hotel is amazing and you have a great view of the city and the port. The service is truly amazing and all of the staff are nice, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely recommend you stay here. They also have a free shuttle service to go up and down from the hotel if you don’t want to do the 5-7 minute walk to the main area of Ibiza city.

What a wonderful find in the Old Town - walkable if you don't mind walking uphill and a few steps and the staff couldn't be friendlier - nothing was too much trouble. Good dining options very close by too without going all the way down to the main town. Such a gem, we will be back!

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location. The team at the hotel were wonderful and couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. We’ll be back (hopefully)! If I had to include a negative it would be that breakfast isn’t really worth the price in the hotel restaurant but the cafe is lovely for a light bite and coffee at breakfast.
